Dear Team,

We have a CAS server underneath we have 2 primary servers. One of the primary servers (for e.g. site code ABC) we are planning to migrate its client to new primary site let's say site code is CDE.

Suggestion needed - If we add new site system server like MP, DP existing boundary group under references which is managing current primary site clients. Would that impact the clients at ABC site? Microsoft says we can add site system servers from any site from the hierarchy. Only concern is it should not impact current clients and help in migrating clients from ABC to CDE.

Thanks.

    Hi, @Mohd Atif Husain

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Adding a new site system server like MP, DP to an existing boundary group that is managing current primary site clients should not impact the clients at the ABC site. As per Microsoft, you can add site system servers from any site from the hierarchy.
