Look at the System event log for W32Time events.
Lets see if those point to a cause for the changes.
There is also a way to increase the amount of detail logging for W32Time.

System time changes intermittently on Windows 7, the system is a Stand-alone. w32 source is Free-running system check. The system is not connected to Internet and doesn't have NTP or External time source setup. CMOS battery replacement is done. I've tried most of the checks but couldn't figure out the issue, could someone help me with this ?
