Unable to add application access policy: The remote name could not be resolved 'webdir.online.lync.com'

I am unable to add an application access policy to my organization due to the following error:

I need an application access policy as my organization would like to use Microsoft Graph API and application access policy is needed for some of the APIs.

    Hi @Ana Dudita

    I just reproduced your issue locally and it was because the logged in user lacked a valid MS 365 license.

    Until then, try purchasing or free trial MS 365 license for your tenant, then go to Azure AD and grant that license to the logged in user.a48c3c89-786d-4f3f-9fcc-4b07d9812231
