SCCM : Can't change co-management setting in the Tab "Configure Upload"

Hello All,

I've an issue with the tab "Configure upload" in SCCM : Administartion -> Overview -> Cloud services ->CoMgmtSettingsProd, I can't change the settings anymore because of duplicate Key but can't find in wich table.
