Hello,

I am a delegate of someone. I receive their meeting invites. This person no longer works at my facility and I still get her meeting invites. It is quite annoying and I can't figure out how to remove myself as her delegate. Please help.

Unfortunately, you cannot remove yourself. Either the delegate or a user with administrative permissions will have to do this. Best contact your IT support team.

    Hi @Pang, Courtney C

    Welcome to our forum!

I agree with Vasil Michev. You can contact the delegator or administrator to remove the delegate permissions.

Delegators can delete it directly by following:

Select the File tab, then select Account Settings > Delegate Access.

Click the name of the delegate for whom you want to change permissions, and then click Remove.

Admins can do this for you based on Remove-MailboxPermission (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn.
