Can't paste into excel document on OneDrive when embedding?

I have an excel document on OneDrive that I was able to embed onto my web page. Everything seems to work perfectly fine except for the fact that I can't paste anything into the cells. I can copy and edit the cells by typing in them, but I can not paste anything into them.

It's not a formatting issue, since I can't even paste data from the similar cells that are right next to each other.

Is this just not a function that's possible when embedding an Excel file from OneDrive?
