I have issue with my Azure Portal login - subscription on hold due to unpaid bill

I have my subscription on Azure Standard, but it's disabled due to unpaid bills. Now, I can not even login to update my payment method, because my verification method is sms on phone number in Montenegro, and I don't receive this code at all. Please assist!

I understand that your subscription is disabled due to non-payment of bills and you are unable to contact support. Since you are unable to create a support request, I suggest you try the following options:

Few Customers are using the Microsoft REST api Support Tickets - REST API (Azure Support) | Microsoft Learn to create Support request.

You can call global customer service - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 to raise a support request on your behalf to help you connect with Azure billing and subscription management support.
