    Hi @CV ,

    To turn auto bullets or numbering on or off in Outlook, you can access the options you're looking for by doing the following:

    1. Go to File >Options > Mail and select Editor Options.
    2. Select Proofing > AutoCorrect Options.
    3. Select or clear Automatic bulleted lists or Automatic numbered lists.
