When I log in to my school account using the authenticator app it says [Authentication Failed! Please Retry.]

I'm using this app on iphone. I got a new iphone and transferred the data, everything seems to be working good, but when I try to log into my school account it says [Authentication Failed! Please Retry].

Is there any solution?

    There aren't any error messages on the app, but I can't use it to verify my school account.
