WSL2 installing issue

I am facing issue while installing wsl2 in our visual studio code.

WslRegisterDistribution failed with error

0x80041002Error: 0x80041002 (null)

While further detailed logs may be required, it does look like the issue may come from your Hyper V.

do u have any VM software installed? Please check your control panel for your network Adapters. Generally, if you have this error code it means one of your virtual adapters may be blocking hyper-v from starting up a new network for this.

I will also advise you to check any VM software installed and your network driver as well.
