How to disable 2FA on a Developer Instance without Admin Access

Hi everyone,
I am unable to log in to my developer instance (******@ansinkappian.onmicrosoft.com) due to a 2FA issue. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the authenticator app anymore as I recently switched to a new phone. When I try to log in, I'm presented with only two options linked to the app. Is there a way to disable 2FA on my account under these circumstances? If not, how can I delete the developer instance and request a new one?

When you refer to the developer instance, are you referring to an Entra ID tenant or a different resource? If it is an Entra ID tenant, you can create a new one and perform an admin takeover if needed.
