Hi Team,

I was thinking that I have 200$ in my account which I can use in 12 months but when I came to try services. I find the account is expired with free credits.

Kindly help to restore my unused credit so I can test and compare Devops, Kubernetes related serivces with AWS.

Thanks,

Mohit Vadhera

    Hi @Mohit Vadhera ,

    maybe it's a misunderstanding:

The 200 US$ credit is for 30 days only. After the 30 days the 200 US$ are "gone" and can't be "reset".

Also it's not possible to extend the 30 days period as far as I know.

    Hi Mohit Vadhera,

We appreciate your engagement with us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In addition to @Andreas Baumgarten helpful response, to add to his points, here are a few more details:

    • After the 30-day trial period, Azure will disable your subscription.
    • To keep using Azure services after your free trial ends, you need to upgrade your subscription to a pay-as-you-go model.
    • After upgrading, you will retain access to the free services for the rest of the 12 months.
