Learning module in conflict with terminology explain. Fix the learning module

Hi i'm learning for my AZ-140 but have a issue with the learning module:

These quotes are in conflict. I have tested this in a lab environment conclusion: You don't want 1 user in both RemoteApp + desktop application groups as stated in terminology. So the picture and the text in learn.microsoft module is incorrect.

Can you confirm and correct this?
