I've 2 VM with Windows Server 2019.
I've implemented Remote Desktop Services with a Gateway.
I'm viewing user connections history in Event Viewer, concretily in Terminal Services-RemoteConnectionManager and I see a lot of event 1149 (Remote Desktop Services - User Authentication Suceeded ) without user info. However, some event present user information...
Really I don'd know why has event without user information,
Please, can you help me?

Which authentication method are you using: SSO, Windows Hello, certificates, or something else?
