    Hi @Jesus Alcaraz Rios

Can you please tell me: Did this user encounter this problem when logging into Teams? Do other users have the same problem?

It is highly recommended that you log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center as an administrator and go to Users > Active Users > Click User > License > Find and check Microsoft Teams.

The user has a Microsoft Office 365 E3 account. I added another authentication method to his MFA, and it looks like the issue is resolved now.
