How do I disable the MFA on my O365 user accounts?

Hi,

How do I disable the MFA on my O365 user accounts?

All of the user accounts are showing as disabled for MFA, but I get a prompt to download the authenticator app and it gives no other option to log in.

Ok, then you wont be able to disable the MFA requirement short of turning security Defaults off for everyone ( not recommended)
