I changed some server parameters on my server and in the activity log the 'Update PostgreSQL server configuration' succeeded but it has now been stuck in a restarting state for over 4 hours. I have tried to stop, start and restart via CLI but all requests returned a internal server error. Is there anything I can do on my end or does a microsoft engineer need to look at this?
