Transferring SQL Express database from Primavera P6 15.2

Question

I have a SQL express database on SQL server 2014 with nearly 10 GB of size. While to backup the database and transfer it to a new laptop windows 11 installed with Primavera P6. It is facing error on Bad private user name or password. Check the public group ID. How can i transfer the SQL server database on a new laptop , update to P6 21.2 and convert to a new database type. Lets SQLite. To combat the limitation of SQL express database of 10 GB

Not that familiar with Primavera P6, see if this article helps.

Also, how about using SSIS to transfer data?
