SharePoint list view ui is changed to Microsoft list ui

I encountered a problem where the appearance of all lists on a SharePoint site has changed to resemble Microsoft Lists, but this issue is only affecting one specific user (User 2) and the list ui is fine with any other users.

This is the normal SharePoint list ui that everyone should see:

but for User 2, he can see a different ui instead:

Despite attempting to adjust the site settings using a Site Collection Administrator (SCA) account, navigating to Settings -> Site Information -> View All Site Settings -> Navigation Elements -> Enable Lists in Site (Show header and navigation), the issue persists for User 2. I'll need to revert back his ui to SharePoint ui. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Johann Liebert ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

It's a normal phenomenon. This is a new experience released by Microsoft for List.

Microsoft made views easier to create and access by arranging them into tabs at the top of the screen. users can use custom views that slice, dice, and arrange the right information for specific audiences or scenarios.

This will begin rolling out late February 2024 and expect to complete by late June 2024.

Because of the way how these features are rolling out, some users may see these features before other users within the same organization.

Hope the information can help you.

We need to revert it to old SharePoint experience as this new experience is not fully tested and roll out to even premium clients. One of the users complaining export to CSV is giving all records despite of list view filters and I can reproduce the same problem by adding "?env=WebViewList" in the list URL. I am hope that Microsoft will provide a resolution soon because it is impacting broadly.

Please resolve all technical glitches and then publish the new UI.

This is also impacting my organization, as of today, right in the middle of the work day and it is NOT helpful. The Microsoft List view has messed up all the headers, the totals/sums don't work. Users have to relearn navigation, this is wasting many man hours. It is also not consistant across sites for the same user within the same organization. I don't want the 'classic view' but I do want the 'modern expereince back.
