My iPhone died with my Azure MFA App. I can't login on my company main account

My iPhone suddenly malfunctioned, leaving me unable to access the Microsoft Authenticator app. Consequently, I am unable to log in to my nonprofit organization's account via the sponsorship account provided by Azure (barros@azurewebforest.onmicrosoft.com). Additionally, accessing my email account (barros@webforest.eco), which is hosted on Azure, has become impossible.

Regrettably, I did not have a backup in place for my device.

Given this sudden and unforeseen circumstance, I urgently require help resetting my MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). I possess all the necessary documentation to verify my identity.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent request.

Best regards,
