Error 100 when opening Visio file from online SharePoint in desktop app

Hello Team,
Our client has encountered an error 100 when trying to open Visio files from online SharePoint in the desktop app. The files can be opened when downloaded to the file explorer, but not when opened directly from the online platform. We have already tried repairing and updating the Visio app to no avail. Can anyone suggest a solution? The file extension is vsdx.

Please go to Visio app > File > Account, check the Product Name.
Does these .vsdx include any vba codes?
If you store it on OneDrive online, will this issue persist?
