The documents you are referring too i have seen.

LogicApp designer is still showing that local function is in preview

So that is confusing, Local function in preview or not?

Hi @Laurens van de Venn, @Deepanshu katara is correct. I've confirmed with Kent that the feature is GA. The Preview label was an oversight that will be corrected.
