Is there any way other than Conditional Access policies to implement IP-based access control when accessing the Azure Portal?

    Please be informed that the primary method for implementing IP-based access control for the Azure Portal is through Conditional Access policies. These policies are part of Microsoft’s Zero Trust policy engine, which takes signals from various sources into account when enforcing policy decisions.

    However, if you’re looking for alternatives outside of Conditional Access, you might need to consider custom implementations which might involve network security (which might work if you are targeting specific resources rather than the Azure Portal dashboard itself) as there is no other Solution provided for this particular purpose.
