How to update/merge MCID profiles

Hi Community,

I have 2 profiles in the learn community. 1 personal and 1 work. The work profile however has 2 different email addresses from the organization. Some time ago, I could login with either work addresses, but, they each had their own MCID's. I now notice that the work and personal addresses are linked together and share 1 ID, however, the address I used to login with a different MCID is no longer linked to that profile.

The MCID which has my certificates etc is now lost and I cannot get to it with any login. Please can someone help me retrieve that MCID profile and link it to my current profiles?
