I am unable to refresh an excel spreadsheet pulling the data from Access Database.

I can refresh other spreadsheets from the same access database. The column 15 is a numerical field but I've checked and there is no non-numerical values in the db or the ss

I suggest you check the Field Size setting for number field.
Besides, use IsNumeric Function check whether there is invalid number.
