SCCM update to version 2403 stuck at downloading

How can I resolve the issue of SCCM update to version 2403 getting stuck at downloading? The .cab file in EasySetupPayload folder grows up but changes to 0 KB in the end, and I got the following warning in dmpdownloader.log:

WARNING: The C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\EasySetupPayload\5b8886c7-f967-4f8a-92aa-009e28368853.cab signature could not be verified.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    We can use update reset tool to reset an update that has download problems, for example:

    CMUpdateReset.exe -S server1.fabrikam.com -D CM_XYZ -P 61F16B3C-F1F6-4F9F-8647-2A524B0C802C
