Microsoft Authenticator app issue after changing mobile phone

Hi, I'm trying to log in to portal.azure.com, but after entering my email and password, it's asking for a code from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which I can't access since I changed my mobile device and reset the old one. As the administrator of my Azure portal, I'm now unable to log in. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?
