Not able to get Digital Certificate for Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions exam

Hi All, Can any one please help me , I have completed Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions exam AZ 305 and passed the exam but not able to get Digital Certificate. In. my microsoft account. how to get it ?
