I've lost access to my Azure Tenant.
i redownload the authenticator MFA app of Microsoft and the users now grayed out.

i cant login to my azure tenant because its trying to prompt the MFA notification and nothing happen.

i have tenant id and user id of my Global Admin in the azure.
i cant to open support case too because i cannot login.

i dont have SOS user, and i dont have other global admin users.

i dont have phone number of other MFA authentication method.

i think i need Microsoft to disable the MFA for my global admin user.

what i can do?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Windows
Microsoft Security | Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Entra ID

    Good Day,

Have we tried logging into the MS 365 Admin and pulling up Azure inside the MS 365 platform it'll sync with the MS 365 admin login for swift and more synchronized usage. Hence if MS Azure is not included, try downloading it inside the MS 365 Admin Platform for any Updates since it's an aftermath of an outdated app.

    Best Regards,
