Unable to open the test after check in, proctor ended test with reschedule link

Question

Hello,

I was unable to give my certification exam DP203(schedule at 16 May, 4:15PMCET) inspite doing the successfull checkin. Proctor was unable to see my video stream but i could pass all checks before getting checked in.

Proctor closed my OnVUE screen and asked to reschedule.

Currently i dont see any option to reschedule my exam. Could you please help in rescheduling exam again?
