Need help on reactivaing my microsoft 365 developer Sandbox

Hi All, Last year in November i signed up for 365 developer community and i was given the E5 Instance Sandbox for development due to some issues i have left the program after developing the powerapp and integrated it with teams. After completion of my work and subsequently it got expired and all the data deleted. Now want to try few things but i am unable to do so. As per terms after 60days i can able create new environment but in my case that is not happening don't know why.? Can anyone suggest how to reactivate the E5 Sandbox

Padmahasa B N 1 Reputation point2024-07-10T04:47:35.2966667+00:00 Hello @Prasad-MSFT , even in my case, clicking on above link is redirecting me to the old subscription I have had.
My subscription was expired on Jan 21st 2024.
All Users and data was deleted on Mar 21st 2024.
Even I tried deleting the Profile using "Delete profile" button on top right corner. It says it will take about 24 hours to reflect the changes but I checked after a week and still my old profile is there and I can't get new subscription.
Please help.

Chris Weetman 0 Reputation points2024-08-16T14:34:56.04+00:00 I have the same issue, but mine was deleted on March 9th, i tried to delete profile about a month ago and it's till there, though it does say after 60 days I can sign up again, not sure if there is something back end or this isn't working...could do with it sooner than 60 days as I already waited 2 months thinking it would happen automatically!
