Running STARS ADMIN without Explorer ( Chrome or EDGE are my only options)

I am a guidance counselor. I use STARS admin daily. However, when I work from my home computer, I don't have Explorer anymore, I have EDGE which does not run STARS ADMIN.
How do I proceed to work from home using STARS (from the DOE Workspace provided by the DOE). I don't understand how to run STARS without Explorer? Please help me!
