Need to remidiate non- compliant workstation for patching

I'm monitoring the patching of my environment for the past month, and I see that many machines are in progress or error states.My concern is that there are over 100 workstationa in progress with downloaded update status but nothing is happening even though those machines are online. Also, many machines are showing as non-compliant in progress state but are in progress state. We can't check each machine one by one. Can you suggest the best way for troubleshooting so that I can fix at least the machines in progress by pushing something fix from SCCM?

    1,Have you set maintenance window? If yes, for your software update deployment check these tabs and settings:

    Deployment Settings: Type of deployment: Required

    Scheduling: Set an appropriate Installation Deadline according to your policy

    User Experience: Under Deadline behavior check "Software updates installation)

    This will allow updates to install outside of a maintenance window after the deadline has passed.

    2,You can choose a few clients to troubleshoot the issue. Please check the UpdatesDeployment.log, UpdatesHandler.log, CAS.log, and ContentTransferManager.log, follow this guidance to troubleshoot:
