How to activate my own Chinese input method in Windows 365 Office program in system Windows 11.

Question

I developed a Chinese Character input method according to a program that was existed from Win95 until Win XP. The program’s name is 通用輸入法建立精靈. Then it worked good from 2004 until 2023 in Office of system Windows 10.

Last November (2023) I bought a new PC in Windows 11 and Windows 365 office, I already installed my input method, but it cannot be activated. However, it works good in Apache Open Office Program, so I have confidence that my input method program is no problem.

Please help me solve this problem or I can not use Windows 365 office.
