Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
Please open Windows Explorer. Right click "This PC". Select Properties. Select "Advance system settings". Under "Advance" tab, select "Environment Variables". Look for "Path" under "System variables". Click "Edit" and delete everything. Just retain entries with reference to %SystemRoot. See sample below:
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
Once done, restart your computer.
