Authentication code not working and no notifications

Question

I am trying to log in to my account and the verification code displayed on app is not working also by trying to login with confirmation no notifications come up. I tried restarting my device, removing the account and connecting it again, removing Authenticator app and reinstalling it, removing the login method and adding it again (i get the notification to configure the account but none others show up)
