Request for Assistance with PowerShell Script for Email Signature Generation
Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance in developing a PowerShell script for automated email signature generation in our organization. I haven't started the script yet and would greatly appreciate your guidance in getting started with this project.
The objective of the script is to automate the process of generating email signatures for our users based on their attributes stored in Active Directory. Specifically, I would like the script to retrieve user information such as DisplayName, Title, Department, and EmailAddress from Active Directory and use this information to create HTML email signatures. Additionally, I would like to incorporate our company logo into the signature template.
As I'm relatively new to PowerShell scripting and Exchange Online, I'm seeking guidance on the following:
- How to retrieve user attributes from Active Directory using PowerShell.
- Best practices for formatting HTML email signatures.
- Incorporating a company logo into the signature template.
- Setting the generated signatures for users in Exchange Online mailboxes.
If you could provide sample scripts or reference materials to help me get started with this project, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
