MB-800 and MB-820 exams to meet advanced skilling criteria for solutions parter designation

Hello
I was told that taking tha MB-800 and the MB-820 would count as advanced critera for the Solutions Partner Designation but can´t find any intel about this,
Please claify i and where i can find this info?
