I have window 10 and now I can't connect my wireless keyboard throught bluetooth... It is requesting a PIN # that I don't have. How do I get the right PIN # ? or where can I get it?

P.S. I have tried 0000 or 1234 that doesn't work either....

The common PINs (like 0000 or 1234) usually don't work for Bluetooth keyboards.

Sometimes the PIN might be hidden on a sticker inside the battery compartment or on the back of the keyboard. It might also be mentioned in the user manual.

Try pairing mode (consult your keyboard's manual for instructions). In Windows Bluetooth settings, search for devices and try connecting without a PIN.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here is a similar thread you can refer to: Windows 10 asks for device PIN even though it doesn't exist - Super User

Please try pressing Windows+R to enter the Devicepairingwizard, select the device and connect using the password.

If the above steps don't work, it is recommended that you troubleshoot the Bluetooth on your device, please refer to the following link: Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows - Microsoft Support

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,
