Certification Profile not connecting to Certipoint or even created?

Hello,

I have just passed my AZ-900, Azure Fundamentals Certification through Certipoint as per the course instructions.

No matter what I do, I am unable to either create a Certification Profile to show off my newfound certification or find anyway to sync up my Certipoint account and my Microsoft Learn account. I am always met with a,

"No certification profile was found for your linked personal Microsoft account. If you have a certification profile under a different account, you will need to follow the instructions to align the accounts between your certification profile and Learn profile before you can connect."

The solution article linked for this issue was not as helpful as I had hoped...

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
