From the combination of these two solutions(This And Previous Question), I want the event Keyboard (Ctrl+C) to be performed when the mouse is clicked up and the symbol is the desired symbol.

Is it a user-defined cursor? Won't it be a different value if I restart the application? I think it would be better to consider another method, such as looking at the window class of the window obtained with GetForegroundWindow.
