Create a new ASP. core app, localhost not secure error

trying to follow along with the training, i pressed F5 to build website, and got this localhost error. The first time i pressed F5 the visual studio ide asked me questions, that assumed was meant to resolved well that anticipate this issue that i came across with localhost, but i do not know how to retrigger that event, that asked me all those questions to agree to certifications or something

I managed to figure out how to fix the issue, what I did was open up the developer Powershell terminal with crtl + ` and then I use this command to install the ----i guess up to date certifcates so the mordern browser won't reject the website and see it as Not Secure.

this is the command to be used in the terminal: dotnet dev-certs https --trust

i came acrossed this problem while following a beginner tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/publish-azure-web-app-with-visual-studio/3-exercise-create-a-new-aspnet-app

i almost gave up, glad i didnt tho
