I am unable to add work account using QR code on Android mobile S21 on MF authenticator app. I have tried adding work account a couple of times by following all steps. On adding using QR code, it takes the details and keep saying Activating, please wait. After couple of minutes later it says unable to add account. My organization has done some settings already. I even tried to reinstall the app and installed again. Need immediate support as I am not able to do my office work, I am not able to login to my work network (Emails, Teams, etc.) without resolving adding my work account in MS Authenticator App issue.
Please assist asap. Thanks
