Unable to Create A Team in Microsoft Teams

I get a message “You are a member of the max number of teams allowed you must leave some teams to continue.” And I am unable to create My Team. I tried to LEAVE the teams but just in few seconds I get a message "Microsoft added you to the group". Please Help! Thank you

    What is your identity in these teams? Member or Guest?

    According to your description, it seems someone invite you to join Teams after you leave Teams. In this case, we recommend you try to contact with your Teams admin and delete your account from the organization. For more details, you can refer to:
