Hi All

One of my Mac users is facing an issue with OneDrive. When he clicks OneDrive, he gets the error message below. Please guide me, as I use Windows and am not very familiar with Mac. Even after rebooting the laptop, the user is still experiencing the same issue.

Error message: OneDrive Files On-Demand didn't start. Please restart your computer and try again. Error code: -10001."
