Need to migrate my Learning profile from a personal/live account to my O365 Work account.

Hi,

I have two Microsoft accounts, a personal/live account and a O365/"Work or School" account. Both are associated with my email address: anonymized@USER .

I want to delete the personal/live account as it's very confusing.
I gave my personal account another (temporary) alias: sam.pinker.clearnetworks@harsh.com .com
I made the new alias the primary one and kept the original (@clearnetworks.net) as a secondary alias.

Now I can log in with two separate learning profiles but when I open the certification dashboard I can't see my certifications on either one. HELP!!!!!

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

    and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
