Count/Total each choice within a Microsoft List Choice column

I'm trying to track hours spent in 4 standard activity types in a Microsoft List. Although it is possible for other activity types to be added to the list, I only need to track the four standard types.
The list is populated by a form that a user completes for each time they do an activity. The questions include "What activity type were you doing?" (a choice) and "How many hours did you spend?" (a text/number). I have a flow that then populates the list.
In the list below, how is it possible to total how many hours were spent in Work, Social, Family and Admin activities?

Is there another way to ask these questions, display these columns and/or find out the totals I'm looking for??
My ultimate goal is to check that each person has spent at least 1 hour in each of the 4 activities and tracked at least 10 hours in total.
