deleting data of teams and outlook after specific period automatically

hello , i have a pc dedicated for meetings in a meeting room that is accessible for all employees and they usually share files/chats with that meeting account is there any way i can still keep the data accessible to the one that needs it for specific time and make sure to be deleted by lets say one day later? i have seen that theirs retention policy that can work for me but is this the only way that i can manage data on this laptop ? can i keep the received data saved in one folder and delete everything directly?

Files shared in Teams personal chats and group chats are saved in OneDrive, and you can use PowerAutomate to delete these files regularly.
