mobile device is not fully protected and anti-phishing setting is removed and bluetooth and nfc problem

Question

I bought home edition 365 plan monthly

after signed in defender app in CAT phone, android 12, the security history has a log , your mobile device is not fully protected,

shown removed tag, anti-phishing setting is removed

why removed anti-phishing setting?

I can not find setting to enable anti-phishing setting.

I find blue tooth is off in drop down menu, but show system app in app list, the bluetooth app force stop is enabled, that means it is running

nearby device permission can not be disabled in permission of setting app.

sometimes bluetooth app and NFC app and emergency info app in system app force stop are enabled showing running.

emergency alert can not set and remove permission.

and why iphone has vpn of defender, but android has no vpn of defender?

I download from google play for two CAT phone and apple app store for iphone

I used with AdsBlocker Ultimate app in android and iphone with its custom DNS

and using antivirus app VPN too

and running my own written app to listen bluetooth status to disable bluetooth and nfc when enable.

but not working , the bluetooth system app force stop still enable sometimes, that means it is running background though blue tooth show off in drop down menu
