Dear support,

For my company 'Mulier Instituut' we work with sensitive data via interviews. Herefore we use Microsoft teams stream, so normally my interviews / recordings are stored and saved. It happened now that another used started the recording. Now the data seems to be missing, however the findings from this interview are highly important to us.
The link to the orginal video is : https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/4d66a0a0-xxxx-462f-9040-78ddc0c3f48a
could you help me this one time, and restore this footage?
Thank you in advance!

Kind regards,
Peter Nafzger

    @Peter Nafzger ,

    Due to privacy security, I have covered some information in your thread. Thanks for your understanding.

    Do you mean that this recording was deleted now?

    If so, you can recover your deleted video from the recycle bin in Microsoft Stream. The video recycle bin allows you to restore videos for a 30-day limit. After that, it will be permanently deleted.

    Moreover, Microsoft Teams has a new method, which stores recordings on Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint, for saving meeting recordings. For more information, please refer to this article.

    Hello community member,

    please check if the video file is available, but not accessible in "Stream". Search in your OneDrive/SharePoint environment. (Go to the Teams-Channel and click the button "Open in SharePoint")
    If more people do have access to the files, please also check the recycle bin.

    Kind regards,
    Timur Dudhasch
